Delivery Information

Delivery Services - our delivery services are calculated by the weight of each parcel

Royal Mail First Class - prices start from £3.95 (please allow 2 - 3 working days from the day of dispatch)

Royal Mail Tracked 48 - prices start from £5.95 (please allow 1 - 2 working days from the day of dispatch)

Royal Mail Tracked 24 - prices start from £8.95 (please allow 2 - 3 working days from the day of dispatch)

Returns Policy

In the event that you would like to return an item you have 14 days from the day of delivery to do so. Please email us at info@traingifts.co.uk and let us know -

  • What item(s) you are returning

  • Reason for the return

  • Your order number (if known)

  • Your name and address

We will then confirm by email that we will be expecting your return.

Returned items must be in the original good condition they were sent out in and in the original packaging.

If items are returned in their original condition with packaging we will process your return and refund the item amount back to your original payment method. (Postage will not be refunded).

If items are not returned in the original condition with packaging and are damaged or defective in any way we reserve the right to reduce the refund amount to cover our losses on the item.

We recommend that you use an economy delivery service such as Royal Mail 2nd class for returns.

Faulty Items - If an item is delivered to you and it is faulty or damaged, we will once again ask you to follow the returns procedure as outlined above. Once the faulty item has been sent back to us and we confirm receipt of the item we will issue a full refund including postage costs. (Please return the item using an economy postal service such as Royal Mail 2nd class).

Missing Items - If your order does not arrive in the expected timeframe, please allow 10 days for the item to arrive (this is the timeframe set by Royal Mail for missing items). If your order still has not arrived email us at info@traingifts.co.uk and let us know -

  • Your name and address

  • Order number

  • Products Ordered

We will take the matter up with Royal Mail on your behalf. Then look at options to rectify the missing order be it refund, replacement or recovery of the original package.

Exchange - If you would like to exchange an item please contact us at info@traingifts.co.uk 

Please include the following information -

  • Your name and address

  • Details of the item(s) you would like to exchange

  • Original order number (if known)

Any new or additional product costs and delivery costs will need to be paid before the exchanged items will be sent for delivery.
